Third Year Project

The personal webspace of James Dunn

In the final year of studies at Brunel we are required to undertake a major project over the course of the year that makes up a significant percentage of the final result of the degree. The choice of project is completely open, and we are encouraged to focus on a field that interests us and explore an idea that is somewhat unique within this area. The project has to be taken to a depth that which allows us to fully explore an area of interest and develop a product or application to serve the original criteria in an exciting and creative way. The completed projects will then be put on exhibition at the Business Design Centre in Islington, London around Easter time next year.

I know that I want to do a web based study, possibly connected with a kind of database, as well as being a highly usable and accessible platform making use of standards technology, and preferably working for a client. However, more specific ideas are harder to find.
