Have driven just a short distance from Los Angeles, having been very unimpressed with Hollywood, Beverly Hills etc. Found a star on Hollywood Bld. with my name on it which was an unexpected surprise! If anyone can tell me anything about the actor James Dunn I'd love to hear from you...
Have spent the last couple of days in the town of Santa Barbara, which has almost felt like a holiday from the road trip which has been pretty hectic up to now. Have been spending the days on beach enjoying the sun, although have found the Pacific extremely cold, and also void of waves so no surfing just yet.
Tomorrow we're heading north again, and will hopefully be spending some more nights at a camp site to save a few dollars.
On a seperate note, the 9th August marked my one year anniversary of arriving in America - yet another excuse for a good couple of drinks in the bar. More updates to come...

Yeah, screw the Hollywood and the west coast. Philly is where it's at! and who knew you were a movie star? You did a very good job of hiding it, I had no idea that I was chillin with a celebrity. Have Fun :-)
